Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room

stained carpets little soundproofing

The location is convenient near the central station.

The room I received was not what I expected. The furniture seemed outdated. The carpets had stains, and the windows provided little soundproofing. I also received an email after check-in offering an upgrade for an additional fee. The hotel should have offered a discount instead.

The hotel's proximity to the main train station was convenient. I quickly accessed transportation. The room, an efficient double room double bed, was clean. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist with directions and information. Breakfast offered a good variety of options.

The room lacked coffee making facilities, a slight inconvenience.

the room Was small storage Was minimal for clothes i Found the breakfast to be lacking in variety. the refrigerator did not work so keeping drinks cool was not possible. These issues impacted the quality of my stay and should be addressed.
